What is RPO?


Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a growing practice defined by the outsourcing of one or more elements in the recruiting process:sourcing, screening, testing/assessments, interviewing and selection, background verification, drug testing, offer extension, and onboarding. Although RPO is a transference of ownership when looking at responsibilities, it is at its core, a partnership with outside experts to design and customize an individualized process and approach to talent acquisition leveraging strategy, technology and expertise.

The R2INFO Approach and Operating Model

Once your organization has identified a resource need to support Capture, Proposal, Surge, Planned, or Replacement you simply have to send in a request.
Our model will provide to you dedicated around the clock support that is broken into 4 teams.


 

CRAWLERS

This is both a human and automated process. Once a request comes in this team (comprised of a shared pool of resources) handles setting up the job in the ATS, posting the job to all job boards, searching across all resources for possible profiles that meet the criteria, and queuing all possible profiles. Based on the criteria of the job (domain and any technical specifications) all queued profiles are screened by Evaluators.

 

EVALUATORS

Each evaluation team (comprised of a shared pool of resources) is trained in the domain and technical specifications for a given request (ex: health IT client, Lead Java Developer role). They will determine if a profile should be connected with. If a connection should be made the profile is sent to Connectors.

 

CONNECTORS

This dedicated resource will connect with profiles (IM, email, text, phone) and is trained to understand your organizations mission so that when they connect with a potential candidate the message will be consistent. IT is at this stage where communication and personality skills will be tracked. Once the connection has been made and determined “a good fit” the profile will be handed to the Closers.

 

CLOSERS

This resource (often times is the same resource as the Connector) will work directly with the hiring manager and the candidate to schedule all interviews. They will ensure constant communication and will make sure good candidates are kept “warm” while the selection process plays out. This person will also support your team with any offer/rejection communication required.
